I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my account. Today, I received a call from your team. I was informed that my statement had been checked and that I would receive a call back within 1.30 hours. However, I did not receive any further communication.

This issue has been happening repeatedly. Even after my account was closed/settled, an unauthorized auto-debit was deducted from my bank account. Despite multiple calls, your team keeps saying “we will check, ” but no action has been taken, and my refund has still not been processed.

This is the second time I am facing this problem, and the delay is causing me unnecessary stress.

Updated by nikhar srivastav I have still not received my refund from StashFin. I have sent multiple emails regarding this issue. I received calls from their side twice, and each time they said they would check and get back to me.

I have already shared all the documents and details they asked for, but the refund has still not been processed. Kindly look into this matter and resolve it at the earliest.
