I am writing to raise a formal complaint against StashFin regarding the non-processing of my loan foreclosure request.
I initiated a foreclosure request for my loan account through the StashFin app. Their representative informed me that the foreclosure details would be shared within 48 hours. However, even after the committed timeline has passed, the foreclosure amount and option have been removed from the app without completion of the process.
Despite sending multiple emails and follow-ups, I have not received any proper response or resolution. I am unable to contact a customer care executive, and no clear communication has been provided. Due to this unresolved issue, my loan account continues to show as active, which is causing serious financial difficulty, including a delay in processing my balance transfer loan with another financial institution.
This lack of response and failure to process the foreclosure within the promised timeframe amounts to a deficiency in service and mental harassment.
I request immediate intervention to:
Process my loan foreclosure without further delay, and
Update the loan status as closed upon payment of the foreclosure amount.
I request the concerned authority to take necessary action and ensure a timely resolution of this issue.
