StashFin — Amount not credited but shows as Disbursed

I've tried to take a loan of 197500 INR on 08/09/2022 and it showed an error : Loan Disbursement in process but it's not showing any update. When tried to contact you on your numbers and email addresses no response and the call hangs up. I've raised multiple requests for this on their app but it does not shows up. That website just gives you bunch of options only which are IRRELEVANT. Also, none of your representatives help! Now, either please help me with this issue ASAP or assist me closing my account completely with Stashfin ensuring my CIBIL report is not impacted!
