StashFin — Charged too much late payment charges

Hi,

I missed the due date and the next day I tried to pay the emi amount through app it is showing the charges of 1500 extra for an emi of 5491 rupees per month per one day.

I requested team to adjust the late charges and they replied to make the payment first then they refund the late charges amount.

After that I did but they are not responding for the refund amount.
