StashFin — Cheated from stashfin

I am shiyas ks
I took my from stashfin amount 10860rs. But i can't pay back on time and penalty charge has increase around 8000rs, and from stashfin side i get a call and we get into a deal of settlement and she told me all the amount late fee charge will waiver, and she send me a link and she told after paying amount of 10860rs. And i pay the amount but trusting stashfin, after that still the late charge showing from account, so please update and waiver from amount
