StashFin.com — even after clearing loan due of 3000rs they have not updated in cibil still it shows i missed the payment.. affecting my cibil

Stashfin issue the loan amount of 3000rs to me and i paid them back with penality for no reason i paid them 4400rs and cleared the dues.. How ever when i check my cibil report dated march 8th 2020 it says i missed payments twice with them
I was shocked to see that. They gave me loan only once i paid them back. However they mentioned in cibil stating i missed payments twice.. Attached cibil report screenshot for your kind reference.

In regards to this i tried calling them and email them on below details no one bothered to revert me back.

Sir kindly help me to update my payment in cibil.. It's effecting my score.

I want this to be updated in my cibil.. O made the payment.. Also u mentioned i missed the payments twice. Hiw come it is possible when u guys gave me loan only once and i paid it back to u guys. R u guys kidding me right?
