Dear sir,
I had taken a loan of rs. 75000 from your company. I have paid only one installment of mine to date. I do accept that i have been a defaulter but it was never intentional. I had not paid my emis for 3 months and i was ready to make the payment last year when an executive of your company had visited my office premises and not only threatened me but had also threatened my manager. I was asked to resign from my job.
A few days back i started receiving calls from and messages from azhar from your team and repeatedly i asked him for a settlement letter as well as a copy of my loan agreement as i did not receive my copy. He plainly refused to do so.
Today i receive a call from your team who kept on yelling at me. I tried to explain that i am not in a position to make arrangements for money right now. They also called up my contacts and started harassing them as well. The lady on call today just kept on yelling even after explaining to her that i was at a class but no one heard me they just continued to yell at me. I tried explaining that i was in class from 1-4 but she demanded that i arrange for the money today itself by 3 which is absolutely not possible. They even went to the extent of telling me to sell whatever is there in the house and pay. How can i sell something which is not mine? I do not have anything on my name. There is no guarantor on this loan, then why are my contacts being harassed and told that they have to pay the amount? Two of my contacts have a father who is suffering from lung cancer and the person from your team told me that they would be sending people to their house to demand the money. If anything happens to their father, what is going to happen? They did not sign anything why are they being harassed? My mother on the call tried asking your team for the settlement letter, instead the man on the phone started yelling at her. At one of time during the call, i felt like jumping from the building that i am in. Despite pleading with them i did not get any refuge.
I am ready to start paying the money from the first week of december. I would be extremely grateful if you could help me restructure the loan. I would also be very grateful to you if i could get a copy of my loan agreement. Was this information helpful? |
