StashFin — Credit card line

Hi sir
My account number with stashfin is register with my mobile number [protected] and my card number is [protected] . I am their new customer and used the card for the first time . I made the entire payment outstanding of rs 25000 on 26 th June 2022 . While I was making payment it was showing that no interest will be charged . When I made payment my account started showing available limit of 18891 I was shocked to still see limit used being shown as rs 6415 whereas I have made entire payment .

Even if I was late by one day or probably 15 mins as the payment was made on 26 th June at 12.15 I can’t understand the charges or penalty of 6400 for one day . Have mailed them also raised ticket of my complaint requested kindly resolve the issue at the earliest but no response and I cannot get through their customer care .

It means that they can charge an penalty interest of 6415 for one day late payment . I request them to kindly resolve my issue and also advise how to use the card .

My alternate number is [protected]. I got a call from ur customer support and the person is asking for any desk id of my phone . For what reasons access to my phone is needed . Kindly check if somebody is trying to play more fraud on me by using these tactics .
