StashFin — Credit Line Card Not Received Yet

I have applied for online card on fourth October and completed all the necessary documents as per app it should be done in 2 days and I would have received my card by now but it's more than. 7 days I have not received any response not a single mail regarding this, and I have raised 3 tickets for support but each ticket say we will contact you in 24 hour its more than 72 hour I have not received a single response
Very bad service, don't make fun of people who trust you, I'm really disappointed and I'm worried that you guys are going to make fun of my situation,
I request you if you have humanity left in your veins, kindly inform me whether I will get card or not so that I can manage my finance and get myself a clear vision and do the needful at the earliest
