[Resolved] StashFin — emi moratorium and unnecessary penalty | |||
I had taken a loan of 10000 from stashfin app (Emi-1908) total 6 emi and fast emi february and second emi march i paid and i did not pay next emi because of lockdown and rbi announces moratorium relief. They didnt inform us about the whole moratorium opting on the app. I am telling for the last 2 months provide to me moratorium but they r not providing moratorium an recovery agent calls every day and told me to clear the dues. I already told them. I do not have money yet but they are not understand my problem and 4 times ecs bounce and 2360 rupees deducted from my bank account and still showing in my app unnecessary penalty 8700 rupees.
