[Resolved] StashFin — Emi paid but not updated. No response for manager call back

I paid my monthly emi of 4100 on 20th mar using gpay still till date they didn't update the payment. Send the payment screen shot to 10 of there agent who are calling me evey hour?!! Checked with my bank to see if there is an issue, bank also confirmed that payment was sucessful still they are not checking and updating. On the top adding late payment charges on daily basis. Contacted there support and they said we do not have customer care no for customers!!! Are they still allowed by RBI, where cx will call if they need to complaint? Requested a call back from manager none called so far. Seems they do not operate . How to complaint to RBI as well. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
