I feel very guilty, to take a loan from such a disgusting company, which follow very unfair practice to recover funds.
When I feel the situation going very bed for me to repayment. I have approached to company care team and nodal officer with the document proof to prove the genuine default, not willful.
But there was no any response received from company. After 25 days of my email to nodal desk i received a email to granting only 2days of extension, but when I approached then via email and describe my all situations, and seeking a extension of minimum 6 months. But it was not useful, as almost 15-20 calls per day from stashfin or it's agent for cleaning dues.
It was very awful behaviour of this loan app baked by nbfc "akara capital".
The suitable action should be taken against this loan app for conducting harrasment practice for recover the debts.
