StashFin — emi related

I have taken loan of 25 k from stashfin and i have paid all emis except 2 that is only january and february emi we got a msg that again eligible for new loan so i asked to load the stashfin card with remaining amount of 18k but i have not used for single rupee also but again it is asking for emi of 9k for that loan i want to preclose the loan and i want to stop that emi that card need to close but no one is responding.. There is no platform to update that... Can i get resolution on this
