StashFin — false cheque dishonour case

I had applied for a loan of 3 lacks. 2 lacks was approved and I was asked to verify aadhaar number with OTP online. Then on the same day they approved my loan online and the next day the loan was disbursed with out any delay. The service was the best I had ever witnessed.

This month I received a message saying that my cheque was not honored and I have to clear outstanding dues along with applicable late payment charges. What they do not realise is that they had never collected a cheque from me.

I also read many complaints in many forums against this company. If an authority is reading all this then I would want him to take action against this company for misleading so many customers.

Lets not play around with people's hard earned money.
