StashFin — sept month emi paid manually but again two time auto debit from account

Address: 60, Second Floor, Arjun Nagar, Kotla Mubarakpur New Delhi, Delhi, India - 110003

My name is Shivangi Yadav. I have taken loan from Stash Fin Loan company of Rs 30000. I have paid my Sept Month EMI of Rs 2997.08 on 4th Sept 2025. Also, manual payment updated in Stash Fin Loan application. But on 5th Sept 2025 Stash Fin Auto debited two time from my account of rs 2967 and also there is no update for these two payments even after 3 days nor in Loan application. I have contacted and also mailed to StashFin with my bank statement but no response and no update regarding Auto debit payment.

Please help me on this and take strict action against StashFIn for fraud auto debit.
