StashFin — Fraud with my card

I have a Stashfin virtual card, but the fraudulent transactions made with my card have not been used by me. But I have already complained against it. I do not have stashfin care number. I called stashfin care through stasfin application but this option was removed from my application. Today I have no care number or no confirmation email id to resolve this issue. But your team executive told me for help but no response form their side .

my stashfin virtual card number is [protected] . why my amount of rs.9546/- was deducted from my account without resolve the issue . i did not used my virtual card so why i am paying for it . i will not pay for any amount .
