Hi, I have taken a loan from Stashfin but because of Covid I lost my job and was not able to pay the EMI. They started calling continuously from random numbers and used foul language. They also got access to my contacts and started calling my friends and relatives, defaming me and harassing them which is not appropriate and illegal. I am also harrased by stashfin executive. I took a loan but my health is not good. They start calling on my all contacts. They told me to me 12000 in one day and told me to settle my loan. I paid all amount but now they are harrasing me to pay more amount otherwise they will call to my all contacts

I have been harassed by Stashfin executive.I denied to take the product so he started abusing me.The employee name is Himanshu Jain and he is constantly bothering me with calls.I would sue the company of harassment if I am not being provided an apology.

They told me to me 12000 in one day and told me to settle my loan. I have not money to paid all amount . Now they are harrasing me to pay the amount otherwise they will call to my all contacts.
