[Resolved]  StashFin — I have paid but not get noc

Sir I have taken loan from stasfin 8000 which I have to have 10500 due to financial issue I can't pay but now i will talk to their coustmer and they said to give 10, 509 and overcharged will be waived off.and they mail me and chat me.and they said if you pay 10, 509 then we will close your loan and you get noc then I pay 10, 509 then they don't give me noc and charged me .pls help sir.i have proof .
