StashFin — Loan amount is not credited in my account or card

I applied for a loan in the stashfin app and after submitting all the documents, they sent a mail telling my loan is approved and amount disbursed to my account and it will take maximum 24 hours to get the amount in the account. Now it's almost 3 days, still the amount is not credited in my account. Now in the app the emi date started counting also. How can they start showing emi date without giving the cash. Cheating

I have load 10k amount on 11 July 2022, but emi has been started but there is not showing in my card balance. I have contacted the customer care they told me wait 24 to 48 hours the amount will be added in my account or card but amount not added my account till now.
Your chat executive told me again and again wait 24 to 48 but problem is not resolved yet.

If you're working on the raised ticket but my loan amount is not credited in my account also emi date is coming.

I am not satisfied with your service and customer support.

I am again requested to you that my loan amount is credited to my account as soon as possible.

Your customer support executive (JIYA, ARVIND, PANKAJ, RAJ) also told me that we are working on your issue but they will not give exactly what's going on.

You are driving fake application 😡 I am very disappointed for this application.
There is no call or reply of my mails from your side. Issue not resolved till date.

Yes same problem 14 july loan disbursement but amount not credited my card and emi start... already 6 days complete but amount not credited... stashfin froud company...
