StashFin — loan approved and poor customer service

I have applied for a 50000 loan from Stashfin on 29th November. I have submitted all the required documents including my Id proofs, bank statements and 3 blank cheques. My loan has been approved on 7th December but they didn't disburse the loan amount in my account however they collected the documents on 4th December itself.

I have tried to reach out to them many times over the chat and email but many time they just don't respond over the chat and I didn't receive a single revert of my email. And whenever I have connected with them they just said that amount will be disbursed by today and I will get a call regarding this but tbh they just did a false commitment about the callback and disbursal.

Apart from the chat you don't have any other way to reach out to them.
