StashFin — Loan closed but still showing in CIBIL

Address: H.No. 779/31, Saligram Bhawan,, Nagra

My name is Prateek Sharma and i took loan from stashfin which i have already paid in full. However loan still showing in my CIBIL report due to which i am unable to take loan from any bank as they are rejecting me for not paying stashfin loan as per CIBIL.
I requested many times to stashfin and nobody is replying to me.
Please help me out here as it is damaging my CIBIL.
