StashFin — loans is approved but not disbursed in my account since 10 days.

Dear everybody,

My loan was approved and i had got mail from stashfin that your loan will be disbursed in your account in 24 hour but not done till now. It s been 10 days. There is no point of contact with them. I had tried many time on portal in help category but no response. Kindly help me and show me the way.
I shall be very thankful to everyone.

I have never took any loan from stashfin but still it has been reported to my PAN number. Kindly request them to delete the account from my Pan and report it to correct Pan i. E GALPS9864K, control number for this Pan is ([protected]). I'm very much upset with this issue now. Below is the details of the accounts: 26413 and 26860
