StashFin — Money did not dispensed out and amount deducted from my card

Hi Team,

My name is moiz marchant and i have taken a loan of 5000rs on 8th of july on my stashfin card. I tried to withdraw the money but no money dispensed out and the amount got deducted from my account. I have contacted the bank they said the issue is from your bank side their server is not working.. so i contacted the stashfin customer service they said within 24hrs it will get resolved and your amount will be reversed but nothing happend. I raised a ticket for it too and in that also it was written with in 24 hrs will get back to you but nobody contacted… now i am not able to contact customer service on the app dont know how i cant find any solution for it. Getting very pathetic customer service please do the needful all the time i receive same thing we are working on it our team will do the needful they are not giving the exact time and now i am not able to place a complaint on their app they blocked me from all the places
