StashFin — Regarding excess payment and adjustment towards new loan

It has been more than 4 years since i had paid an excess amount of Rs.8300 towards a Stashfin loan which was closed and an excess amount of Rs.8300 was still pending with the financial company which they have not yet adjusted towards my new loan amount which was taken after few months after completion of my loan. They are continually harassing me with regularly sending emails for payment although they have an excess amount still with them for which after several complaints they have not complied with. Request you to please take action against them.

Updated by Roger D It has been more 3 years Stashfinn doesn't bother to resolve my case just interest in adding interest after interning making a loan of 7500 increasing it to 60000 these people are fraud
