StashFin — Regarding Wrong Credit

Dear Sir,
Please note, i had taken loan amount of Rs.5000 on 10/12/2020. And i had repaid the amount on 26/12/2020 with interest. And next day one 5000 amount was wrongly credited to my account on 11/12/2020 (I didn't applied for this amount) and that amount was also blocked in my account because of wrong credit mail received to my bank from ICICI bank. And again i taken Rs.9000 loan amount and i repaid that amount also along with interest. But now for the wrong credit amount they are asking Rs.35, 000 as interest orelse they will take legal action or will complain to my mobile contact numbers. Why i need to pay interest to the wrong credit and still my banker didnt receive any reply mail to which account they need to transfer the amount. Please solve this problem.

Updated by sarandhuruvendran Already conveyed the same to lot of persons from your side and also sent my bank statement to all the persons who are all dealing me. But no one is ready to help me in this case. My banker is also advising me to raise a police complaint regarding this issue because am facing lot of problems with my cibil score

Updated by sarandhuruvendran Dear consumer complaints admin. There is no change in my complaint. Still they are asking me to pay 36540 rs to close the loan.

Already conveyed the same to lot of persons from your side and also sent my bank statement to all the persons who are all dealing me. But no one is ready to help me in this case. My banker is also advising me to raise a police complaint regarding this issue because am facing lot of problems with my cibil score.
