StashFin — StashFin Dec month emi paid manually but again two time auto debit from account

My name is Dinesh Kumar. My loan id #[protected] and taken loan of rs. 100148 from Stash Fin . I have paid my Sept Month EMI of Rs 5928 on 3rd Dec 2025. Also, manual payment updated in Stash Fin Loan application. But on 4 Dec 2025 Stash Fin Auto debited two time from my account of rs 5928 and also there is no update for these two payments even after 2 days nor in Loan application. I have contacted and also mailed to StashFin with my bank statement but no response and no update regarding Auto debit payment.
