StashFin — Stashfin loan error, hack my mobile

Dear Sir/Madam,

The company known as M/s Akara Capital Advisors Pvt. Ltd., operating under the name ‘Stashfin.com’, has unlawfully accessed my personal data. They are persistently contacting all of my acquaintances and sending daily legal notices demanding repayment of a loan.

Upon applying for a loan via the StashFin application, I discovered that I was ineligible for the loan. Subsequently, a representative from StashFin reached out to me, behaved inappropriately, and issued threats concerning the repayment of the loan amount.

While attempting to secure the loan through StashFin, I encountered a credit line code error, specifically LOC_001.

I also lodged a complaint with StashFin's customer support; however, I did not receive any satisfactory information regarding the error in my loan application.

During my use of the StashFin app, I experienced a transfer error. When I attempted to transfer funds to my account, I received error codes 101 and 301.

I was unable to obtain the necessary loan amounts of 10, 000 INR and 2, 000 INR. At that time, no assistance was provided to help me secure the loan. Despite this, StashFin agents continued to call me incessantly, demanding repayment of a loan that I did not receive. Why is the StashFin loan app disbursing unnecessary funds without prior notice, a loan approval letter, or a loan confirmation letter?

I did not receive the funds I applied for.

While utilizing this app, it caused damage to my mobile device, rendering it unresponsive and causing it to shut down automatically. The last status I observed for my loan application was 'Failed'. Why was I issued any funds without further discussion? Why is this app disbursing money without any prior communication?

At present, I am unable to make any payments as I have no available funds.

The original loan I applied for was 10, 000/- and 2, 000/- rupees, but I did not receive it. The loan status was marked as defaulted, and they are imposing exorbitant interest rates while threatening me daily with fictitious loans.
