[Resolved] StashFin — Threatening of serving legal notice. | |||||
Sir, I have one loan running from Stasfin, due to some unavoidable circumtances, my few EMI are bounced, pending. But assuring them that I will pay all the dues with interest, but give me some time.. ( mailed them that pls reduce my EMI amount and extend the duration), so that I can pay the EMI's. I have paid one EMI on June'20, July not paid, and assuring them that within 2-3 days will pay one more EMI. but they said that this is not possible, you have to pay EMI today only, they have issued legal notice against me, and said that your loan will be closing... Collection agent of same loan provider called me continuously and shouting in front of rented house... you are requested to kindly help me regarding this. I lost my job, and EMI payment had been discontinued due to this only. But will pay all the payments definitely. I am a family person sir, can't handle so much pressure...
