StashFin — Unable to use the credit limit for 56 days

I have taken loan and repaying my loan on time in the Stashfin app. I have 35000 credit limit and I maintain good credit score. But I unable to use my credit limit in Stashfin app for past 56 days from 24 August 2024. Regarding this I have raised multiple tickets, mail and calls but my issue is not resolved for the past 56 days. And also I have shared the above 15 times my screenshot and screen recording of the error i face - banking needed error LOC_052. This error is not resolved and this frustrating too.
