I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue I am facing regarding a loan I took from StashFin in 2022. Unfortunately, due to the loss of my job and severe financial difficulties, I have been unable to make the repayments. Despite explaining my situation to your executives and requesting time to make small payments, I have been repeatedly harassed by your team and have even received threatening calls directed at me and my family.
Last year, one of your executives agreed to a settlement amount of ₹10, 000, which I committed to paying in weekly installments of ₹1, 000. I made the first payment of ₹1, 000, but when I checked the application, there was no update reflecting my payment, and the amount did not decrease. Moreover, the chat history where this agreement was discussed has been deleted, making it impossible for me to trust such communications.
Today, I received more calls and messages from your team, who also contacted my family members. Despite my repeated requests to stop harassing them, I was met with rude behavior and threats. When I asked for official contact details and an email to discuss this matter formally, they refused to provide them.
I am willing to settle the outstanding amount of ₹11, 000 within three months, with an initial payment of ₹3, 000 in the first month, ₹3, 000-₹4, 000 in the second month, and the remaining amount in the third month. However, I cannot proceed with any payments until I receive a formal settlement agreement and assurance that my payments will be accurately reflected and updated in the system.
Given the distress caused by the continued harassment and lack of proper communication, I request immediate intervention from your side. I expect a written confirmation of the settlement terms and an end to any further harassment towards me and my family. If this situation is not resolved promptly, I may be forced to escalate the matter to the relevant authorities.
