I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my concern regarding the clearance of my loan and the subsequent non-receipt of the No Objection Certificate (NOC) from StashFin. I have already cleared all my dues a considerable time ago, and despite making an additional payment of Rs. 2900/- as per your representatives' request, I have yet to receive any communication or documentation confirming the closure of my loan. This delay has caused unnecessary inconvenience and has negatively impacted my CIBIL record.
As far as my knowledge is concerned, I do not have any pending dues against any loan. Therefore, the request for an additional payment of Rs. 2900/- came as a surprise to me. However, to avoid any further complications and for the sake of time, I went ahead and made this payment.
I would like to emphasize that I have fulfilled my financial obligations, and it is essential that I receive the NOC without any further delay. The absence of communication in this matter has raised concerns about the accuracy of my CIBIL record, which is negatively impacting my financial credibility.
I kindly request you to investigate this matter urgently and provide me with the following:
No Objection Certificate (NOC): Please issue the NOC promptly and send it to my registered email address, abhijeet.[protected]@gmail.com.
Correction of CIBIL Record: Due to the delay in providing the NOC, my CIBIL record has been adversely affected. I urge you to rectify the inaccuracies without delay and update my record to reflect the complete settlement of my loan.
