StashFin — Wrongly charges and harras

I didn't take any loan.i have just enquiry there site about loan there representative call me and guide me .I trust her and follow process.i have tell her I m just enquiry about loan not require right now.but after follow the process they transfer 1500 in my account.when I saw I have full amount transfer stashfin but they r wrongly charged.told me processing fee and penalty.if I didn't take loan why I m paying any rs.ur executive wrongly guide me it's not my fault I have return ur money so why I m paying any penalty charges.stashfin every day call me and harras me and rude language use.threating call receive.please help me they r mentally harras me.
