I submitted the request for loan foreclosure on 24th april 2018 (Tuesday) and got a reply on 28th april 2018; with next 2 days being bank holidays i. E. 29th/30th april and 1st may was my emi payment date.

I was told that my preclosure amount was inr 66, 706, out of which i paid inr 45, 000 and then inr 6, 701 was deducted as emi on 1st may 2018, i had been repeatedly asking for the clarity if i clear the entire amount in one go please ensure that emi will not be deducted.

Now i have asked to pay inr 26, 821 instead of inr 15, 005 to preclose my loan

I have not taken any loan from stashfin still its showing in my cibil.

Amount of Rs 3000 is showing in my cibil whereas i have not taken any of this loan.

Neither i have recieved that amount nor any emi schedule has been given to me

Kindly look in matter otherwise i will hve to move in court

Because of this mistake my cibil has gone down and everwhere my loan is getting rejected
