State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur [SBBJ] Complaints & Reviews

Dear sir,
On 13 december i with my staff came to the sbbj rcp colony branch, bikaner for depositing the old currency in my father's account with the proper authority letter which is printed in sbbj pay in slip but bank staff very rudely reject the pain in slip and said we want separate authority letter, when i said that other branches are accepting this pay in slip as authority letter then why are you rejecting this the staff very rudely said "वो गलत है पैसा जमा करवाना है तो दूसरा अथॉरिटी लेटर ले आओ वरना टाइम ख़राब मत करो" when i again said that how can you rejects like this we are standing here from last 45 minutes. Again bank staff very rudely said "rbi का सर्कुलर के हिसाब से काम कर रहे है इनको सर्कुलर दिखा दो"
I said ok let me see the circular than staff said "अभी टाइम नहीं है"

I know your time is very much important but very politely saying that is this the way to behave with customer? And again i want to know that when other branches are accepting cash with this pay in slip as authority letter than why are you not accepting? Please clear. But bank officers reply nothing.
Being a coustmer i want to ask the manger the reson of rejection and mail the branch manager and senior officers but they did not reply till now. It means it is deficiency in services and must be penalized as par ruels.

मेरा नाम लकी दाधीच है.श्रीमान में ग्राम छापर (चूरू ) का रहने वाला हु. ८/११/२०१६ को आदरणीय प्रधान मंत्री जी ने ५०० और १००० के नोट पर रोक लगा दी . हम सब देश वासी उनके इस निर्णय का स्वागत करते है.परन्तु श्रीमान हमारे ग्राम में कुछ बैंक कर्मचारी उन के द्वारा बनाई गई कानून का उलन गन कर रहे है. हमारी शिकायत है की वो जो आदमी प्रातः ४:०० बजे से इंतजार कर रहे है .उन लोगो को नगद पैसे देने से मना कर रहे है . उन से सवाल पूछने पर कहते है नगद नही है . बोलते है हमारी बैंक को आगे से मिलता नही है. श्रीमान जी हम लगोतार कतार में खड़े रहते है पर जो लोग पैसे वाले है वो पैसे ले जाते है हम को घर पर वापिस लोट कर आना पड़ा है .कुछ कर्मचारीयो के कारण सब बैंक वालो पर सवाल खड़े हो रहे है .सर हम लोग हिंदी संस्कृति के लोग है इस लिए हम सब आप लोगो को कानूनन हो रहे काला बाज़ारी का विरोध कर ते है

*बैंक में धोखाधड़ी चल रही है*

ग्राहक बैंक में रुपये जमा कराने जाता है.. केशियर ग्राहक के असली नोट को भी नकली बताकर उसे अपने पास रख लेता है.. पूछने पर कहता है कि इस नोट को डालते ही मशीन में से आवाज आ रही है इसलिये ये नकली है.. ग्राहक के बार बार कहने पर भी वह नोट को खुद Manual चैक करने से भी मना कर देता है.. *नोट वापस भी नहीं देता, खाते में जमा भी नहीं करता, अपने पास रख लेता है और उसका कोई Record भी Maintain नहीं है..* ग्राहक के चले जाने के बाद वो नोट कहाँ जाता है, ये भी किसी को पता नहीं.. कोई ग्राहक यदि ज्यादा ही बहस करता है, तो एक छोटे से रजिस्टर में Account number लिखकर Sign करवा लेते हैं लेकिन उसे किसी प्रकार की कोई रसीद नहीं देते, ग्राहक के पूछने पर उसे यह भी नहीं बताते हैं कि इस नोट की आगे क्या प्रक्रिया होनी है (नकली न होने पर भी वह राशि ग्राहक को वापस मिलेगी या नहीं, कोई अता-पता नहीं है).. *जो ग्राहक बहस नहीं करता, उसकी तो रजिस्टर में भी एन्ट्री नहीं करते, और केशियर नोट को सीधा अपनी जेब में रख लेता है.. दिनभर में हजारों रुपये केशियर द्वारा ऐसे ही रख लिये जा रहे हैं, जिनका कोई हिसाब नहीं है..*

S. Garg but not response me thaks sir

I Filled a Form of Post "Lab Assistant" and pay fee on website http://rsmssb.rajasthan.gov.in/ through the E-Mitra portal(Using Billdesk payment gateway). The Transaction was not successfully done but the amount of 685.84 is debited from my Account. Fee was not successfully paid. So I request you to please look into this matter and refund my money. Sbbj takhatgarh atm machine is often lack of money and technical problems.in these festivals day bank customers often frustrated and upset at the lack of money in the atm returns empty-handed. This problem is most often the only atm in town.in this regard, the administration strictly directions and bank atm to provide relief to the client smoothly.

सर नमस्कार गाँव सायला एक तहसील व पंचायत सिमिती स्तर का है जिसमें दूर दराज़ से आने वाले लोगों क एस॰बी॰बी॰जे॰बैंक SAYLA DIST.Jalore जिसमें ए॰टी॰एम॰मशीन मे रूपये(cash) नही रहता है जिससे उपभोक्ता परेशान होकर जालोर जाना पड़ता है जो सायला से 42 km है ओर न ही कोई प्राइवेट बैक है कृपया इस समस्या को अमल मे लाकर जल्द से जल्द निस्तारण करावे ओर इनकी मनमानी चलती है कृपया कम से कम प्राइवेट बैक की शाखा लगवाने का कष्ट कराने my email:[protected]@gmail.com

I am PNB account holder.. I withdrawl rs. 500 from SBBJ ATM at nangal raya new delhi at 9.23 pm i have a receipt for it too. The note was torned and sticked with glue.. I complained this immediately but their useless customer care was speaking only one line like a parrot that i have to visit the branch... See how can a person leave all his work and visit branch for torned notes and that too at such distant place.. He wasnt even listening to problem.. He is just speaking his line continously.. Is it the service they talk about?

I am a regular customer of sbbj. i have 3 accounts in sbbj. today i went to shree nath puram branch at 3:45 pm for applying for locker facility on the basis of fd of rs.2500. the manager (mrs. narenderjeet) behaved ruled  in a vitriolic and insulting manner. she didn't cooperate at all. her words were " yahan security guard nahi he, varna..."
Such an ill behaviour is not at all acceptable. i request the authority to take strict action against her.

I vinay kumar uttam, tried to deposit cash Rs 40000 on 29 sep 16 in my SBBJ DEFENCE SALARY ACCOUNT NO - [protected]. My account is under "SURATGARH AIR FORCE" branch. when
I have tried to deposit money, both cashier and Assistant bank manager had
refused to deposit money full amount in cash in my account. Assistant manager told deposit Rs 20000 today and deposit Rs 20000 tomorrow and deposited Rs 20000 in my wife's SBBJ account which is general account. when next I reached to bank for depositing left Rs 20000. Assistant bank manager refused to deposit my money and telling statement in threating manner " you have done a complaint against me, i will not deposit your money, where you want to complaint, do complaint, your complaint will not reduce my salary . We have availed a term loan (ac no - [protected]) of rs. 4.25 lacs from sbbj, raisar branch (10640) on dated 16.12.2011 under deds scheme of nabard. we have paid our installments regularly and there is only 38000/- approx is rest to pay on date. as per deds scheme nabard should have to grant subsidy of the project cost but after 4 year 8 month we have not received any subsidy till date. we have meet official of sbbj at branch level and regional office level also but no one answering us properly.

Further, as per sanction letter, we have to be charge 3.25% above base rate of interest on our advance which should be 9.30 + 3.25 =12.55% now a day but the branch is charging 14.70% interest rate on our advance since inception. we have communicated this discrepancy to the branch several time but the branch officials have less concerns with the matter. which is totally unethical and cause of a big financial lose to us.

I wish to bring to your notice that i am a small farmer and having very limited options for earning. beside of my financial crises, i never fault to pay the banks installments. when i am promptly paying banks dues than i have equal rights to get my benefits too. therefore, i request you to please look in to matter and help me out to get my money back.
