Dear sir/madam,
I am writing this complaint in great vein and depression. This is regarding my education loan which i have taken in 2008. Total amount which was released by bank was 1.69 lpa. As per the education subsidy my father has already submitted his itr details which were not taxable and it is already there with bank. When we have claimed for education loan interest subsidy the bank manager (Branch, gangapur city 322201) has denied to show the documents which were submitted at the time of loan application and he abused to us. This was not expected from a nstional bank. Now we are going to fir a complaint with rbi for the same.

"Happy to serve customers is a far fetched thing, " all employees including manager of SBBJ, Kekri branch are not even cooperative to customers. Denying services to customers by making excuses like "server is down" appears to be their daily motto. I've been denied by this exercise recently among many other occasions as well by Mr. Sanjay Singh Chauhan. Branch Manager, apart from being absent from branch on many occasions, was not even ready to accept my complaint letter.

Sir, i had requested to sbbj mandawa branch jhunjhunu raj, to send me my account statement at my email id, now 5 days they did not sent, today i sent my person to bank three times they told they r working upto 7 pm today before going they will send, but not sent,

Looks non use, today some one your staff told that he is going home late and before going home he will send me, but he did not, so
I request u that what is the problem, why i my not getting my account statement,, if not possible pls inform me.

I have two nos of fds amounting to rs.128000- & 48000-under cif no.[protected], sbbj, mayur vihar phase-1, delhi for which i had already submitted form -15h on 17-april 2017 for non-deduction of tds, but bank did not feed up the same in system for non-deduction of tds by the sbbj, mayur vihar, phase-1, delhi and bank has deducted a sum of rs.266/- from the above fds, which creates undue harassment, i visited the bank, they have shown his inability to refund the income tax. On 19.12.17 i went to sbbj rawatbhata branch and give my pass book on counter no 4 for entry my pass book they told me the same problem as they have told 6month ago that is unfunctioning of printing machine. From six month the machine is not working and the work of entery in passbook is not done. The operator also misbehav with me while asking when will this machine starts working.

I have a car loan account with sbbj bank, 117-118, shopping mall, arjun marg, dlf phase 1, gurgaon. My account number is [protected] at sbbj. This loan was started on 10 july 2015 and i submitted ecs mandate form to execute ecs from my salary account in icici bank. Normally the emi is debited to my a/c on 13th of every month.

Today has been 19 dec'17 and my emi for dec'17 still has not been debited on my a/c. Please help

My sbbj ac no is [protected]. Initially it was at sbbj behror alwar and then it is transferred to diggi chowk ajmer. I visited to ajmer branch for adhar link but bank employee refused to do so. Manager is saying that my ac is transferred from behror to ajmer btut no cif number is transferred.
So kindly help me transfer my cif number so adhar can be linked to my salaried account.

My grandmother has died on 24 july 2017.
When i went to bank for giving information 02 aug 2017.
Bank staff give me a form and when i go to submit the form in bank, the manager says that this is a wrong form, i have completed the all stamp which is necessary.
Now bank manager gave me a form around 2 weeks before, and when i go to bank for checking the form, manager doesn't support and says that there is no staff.
And also says that the stamps of rs 100, you have typed is wrong.
The staff suggested me for these stamps of 100 rupees.
The wrong information given by staff and behaviour of manager is wrong

I preclosed my car loan in august however the emi is still getting deducted 3 months after this. I went to the sbi branch and complaint and they reversed the september months emi. Now again they have deducted for the month of october. They do not answer the phone calls. This is unacceptable.

Dear sir,

I have submitted form 15 g on dated 02 nov 17. But till date it is not up to date. My fd maturity date is 10 nov 17. I have fulfilled all the detail in that form & handed over to your branch employee (Mr. Rajendra vaishnav.) but it's still not update & he is not giving proper response to me.

Sir maine sbi bank ke cheques coparative bank me loan emi amt. Jma karne ke liye diye lekin sarita vihar branch new delhi ne account me balance hone pr bhi clear nahi kiye aur upar se mujh pr 590+590rupiye ki penlty date 17/10/17 & 20/10/17 ko lagai. Mai date 23/10/17 & 26/10/17 ko branch sarita vihar me karan poonchne gya toh branch me bataya ki net server nahi chal rha phir mai 26 ko gya toh mujhse kaha ki yahase koi gadwad nahi aap coperative bank me jakr pta karo. Jab mai dono copparative bank me gya toh unhone bataya ki aap ki bank hi batayegi ki cheques kyon nahi clear huye. Ab mujhe bank ne jo 1180 ki penlty lagai us rashi ko refund karen aur coparative bank ne jo charges lagaye use bhi bank bhare warna mai consumer court me mamle ko le jaungaa. Bank ki problem ko costumer kyon bhoge. Mere mamle ko 5days me clear karen aur mujhe bataye. From-dhara singh meena mob. No.[protected] a/c no.[protected]
