      It has been again proven factually that SBBJ authority is not following ethical practice and is involved in doing malpractice. They have not yet replied to my letter dated 6th March 2017 (more than 75days over) and SBBJ is trying to close the case unilaterally which is bad in law. Kindly instruct SBBJ to give point wise reply with documentary evidence to my letter dated 6th March 2017

        Sir i have kcc account in your branch of gorkhana. And there no responsable staff in this branch. I deposited all my due payment after that they say manager is not available he'll come and give you no dues this branch is far from me 70 kilometers I asked for contact no. They gave me branch''s land line no. Which phone no one receive. I got there three time but manager still not there they not giving me proper response and responsible staff's no. I am very distrustful for your negative behaviour. And I have most need of this paper. Please help me for giving me no dues thanks

              We deposit the tds.&other amounts by cheques through challan's in the sbbj. Pilibanga branch but after cleared the cheques the don't provide us challan's office/deptt. Copies and demand for the photo copies of deposited amount's challans, while according not to be needed challan's copies, we do not have challan's copies and challans office/deptt. Copies are not provided us. So, please order the branch manager to provide challan's office/deptt. Copies to us.

                Sirs, I have an account with your Aliganj Lucknow branch office with account no. [protected] on 20th May 17 at 2.54pm from Corporation bank Vaishali Ghaziabad 38550885 Rs. 10000.00 bearing Tr. No.[protected] but I did not get the money from ATM. I contacted with Corporation Bank branch then they told to wait for 7-10 days it may be credited in my acount. But till this time I have not got the credit of the same.

                  My mother has saving account in SBBJ (Malviya industrial area branch) [protected]. I visited the branch on 25th alongwith my mother who holds the account, i gave the nominee form in branch and asked for acknowledgement but madam who was enterring the nominee details said that acknoledgement is not required, she askded to bring original pass book to enter the nominee detail on it.
                  Today on 29th May I again visited the branch with original passbook and today i have been answered that nominee is not updated due to system error.

                  This is not expected with such a larger bank... employees do not want to work, very avoidance style of working.

                          We have cash credit a/c in your branch at Udaipur (rajasthan ) Having a/c no. [protected]. 1st current matter, insurance charges debited Rs.2153/-on dtd 20 Mar, 2017.while always insurance get done by ours, this time also we have done insurance from 24 july2016 to midnight 23 July 2017. which copy have submited to branch, and when we contact regarding this charges, they assured us it will be revert in 10 days, but till date after of regular follow up amount didn, t credited in our a/c,
                          2nd matter of Yr2011 &2012 regarding CGTMSE chages debited Rs.4694/- on 02.05.2012, and Rs 4950/- on 26.04.2011 bank accepted that charges wrongly applied because term loan already cleared than no need of gurantee, after approaching us personally and through correspondence, bank accepted in written letter dtd 03/08/2012 that both charges will revert to your a/c. But till date only get reply, chages will revert soon, so many managers changed in between, we discuss the matter with them, they replies we will proceed the matter, but no releif gets.

                            Tenant the above after submitting 3-4 times Mobile number updating application in my home branch the updated number is not reflected in my account.                                 सर में आज बैंक गया डिपाजिट काउंटर पर भीड़ थी तो मेने no.3 पर गया जो की बिलकुल फ्री था । मेरे 14500 रु जमा करवाने थे जिसके लिए उसने मना कर दिया । जबकि उस पर 25000 रु तक लेते है । तबी उस काउंटर (3) पर कोई जान पहचान वाला आया जिसने 50000 रु से बी ज्यादा पैसे जमा करवाए । मेरे कहने पर बैंककर्मी ने कहा ये मेरा भाई है तो मेने कहा मेरे बी ले लो आप फ्री हो तो । तो उसने मना कर दिया और भाग जाने को कहा और बतमीजी से बात करी । मेने उनका नाम पूछा तो उसने फिर से भाग जाने को कहा । ओर कहा नी करू जमा तुझसे हो जो कर ले । और काउंटर छोडकर चले गये । जिनका नाम मुझे नही बताया गया पर इतना पता है वो मीना है । काउंटर num 3 पर । । मुझे मेरी समस्या का निवारण दे अवम एसा कभी किसी के साथ ना हो । plss help me

                                  सर एसबीबीजे बैंक धोरीमन्ना के बीसी के पास में मेरी माता के नाम खाता है खाता सं.[protected] है बीसी के पास फिंगर नहीं आने पर हम शाखा धोरीमन्ना गये तो कर्मचारी विकास ने पैसे देने से मना कर दिया और मेरी माँ के साथ अभद्र व्यवहार किया ।मेरी माँ के खाते में 9500रू है किसी इमरजेंसी की वजह से माँ को पैसे की सख्त जरुरत थी।प़ैसे नही मिलने पर हमें 10 प्रति शत की दर से 9000रू उधार लेने पडे जिससे हमें काफी ब्याज चुकाना पडेगा।अतः कर्मचारी के खिलाफ कार्य वाही कर हमें पैसे दिलवाने की कृपा करें

                                      My friend from France (Amélie Glab) tried to withdraw Rs. 3, 000/- from an SBBJ ATM in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan on the evening of 12th April '17. The cash did not come out from the machine, but the amount got debited none the less.
                                      The machine did not have a receipt option (out of paper), and the atm did not have it's ID mentioned on the machine, not on the walls (as you can see from the pictures). This is why we do not have that information but we do have the details mentioned on her bank statement. Please view the same and refund the amount at the earliest.

                                        (1) jiwat praman patra was submitted in nov.'16 along with my husband jiwat praman patra, but i am not getting pension since jan'17. I have approached branch manager on 1st may and 10th may and submitted again jiwat praman patra. But it is really matter of concern that either he says that he has not sufficient staff or the person concern has gone on vrs and he does not have pass word to feed information. When a pensioner is not getting pension for last 4 months and when personally approaches manager he tries to avoid sr. Citizens on one or other plea. Pl take necessary action into this matter.

                                        (2) 10th may has passed, but yet pension certificate including tds deducted
                                        Has not been given by bank. As per rules it should be given in the end of 30th april for financial year 2016-17 and form 16 by may. Kindly look into it.
