I approached SBI bhopalganj Bhilwara branch & they provided UTR no sbbjr[protected] but payment not yet credited in correct account.

        Sir I Herby informed you that my account number [protected] charged with Rs 1821 on March 20 th 2017 and still not refunded when I complain t at customer care and bank manager they tell me that it is system charged automatically and we are not responsible for it bank code sbbj0011461, it is second time, earlier on 26 November 2016 also charged 2 times for failed and successful transaction and it refund this amount on Feb 2017. Sbbj complaint authority and bank manager not cooperating with customer. Sir I harassed mentally and emotionally again and again. Please solve issue.               My ppf account number # [protected]., is transfer from sbbj bundi on 18/02/16 for jodhpur (Ratanada branch). Till now i have confirmed from jodhpur branch but they are telling nothing recieved and advicing to talk to sbbj bundi. Several times talk to bundi branch manager and he is telling that nothing is here i have already transfered. But till now not able to trace. When taken statement of ppf account it is showing that money is 3rd chq wdl on 18/02/16.

                    मैंने दिनांक 27.12.16 को मेरे बचत खाते से नेट बैंकिंग द्वारा मोहनलाल लूणा के खाते में 5000रूपये हस्तांतरित किए थे जो मेरे खाते से तो पैसे निकल गये मगर अगले खाते में आज तक हस्तांतरित नहीं हुऐ ।
                    बार बार शाखा प्रबंधक से मिलने के बाद भी कोई समाधान नहीं हुआ है ।अत: या तो अगले खाते में पैसे जमा किए जाऐ या वापिस मेरे खाते में जमा किए जाऐ ।

                      I have applied for transfer of my pension account from Jalorigate branch to Chopasni Housing Board branch, Jodhpur on 8th November 2016.I received pension till November 2016 and thereafter my pension stoped.I have not received my pension of months Dec., Jan., Feb., and March just because of applying transfer to another branch of same bank.

                      I have applied for transfer of my pension account from Jalori gate branch (code -010201) Jodhpur to Chopasni Housing Board branch, (code is 010785) Jodhpur on 8th November 2016.

                      It is since last 4 months that I am following up with both the branch authorities and nobody is giving satisfactory reply to me, when my account will be transferred.

                      Due to the process of transfer within two branch and that too in same city and within same bank, FOR LAST 4 MONTHS I HAD NOT RECEIVED PENSION.

                      Last pension I had received was in November 2016 and since then I am following and not getting any reply.

                      THIS IS REALLY SURPRISING THAT ON ONE SIDE WE ARE GOING FOR DIGITAL INDIA AND ON OTHER SIDE IT IS TAKING MONTHS TO DO SUCH A SMALL WORK IN SAME CITY AND WITHIN SAME BANK.

                      Kindly look into the matter and arrange for immediate release of pension to me to relieve me from hardships.

                        At 4April17 I was at our pindwara branch atm for withdrawing money but I didn't get it due to some atm problem so I left the atm and went to another atm of our locality while I was trying to withdraw money from other atm in the mean time I got a mess. That 40000 rupees has been withdrawn from my account in one entry which is completely not possible in one entry how can someone withdraw 40000 thousand which is practically not possible .the next day when i reached our near by sbbj brach to talk over this issue .the bank staf didn't help me and told me it is possible to take 40000in one entry .

                              From 1 april sbbj had convrtd to sbi... Inlong children bank of india...i am having transaction nd withdrawl issues for last 20 days and there is no one in the bank to resolve my issues each and every time wen i went to the bank they always say that mam i hav already send an email plz wait...                                   I have my account in State Bank of Bikaner and jaipur[SBBJ] in (TUNDOO) branch
                                  sir i have to attach my adhar card with my bank account but my home branch is SBBJ which is at [TUNDOO dist DHANBAD (JHARKHAND)] and i am studying in BANGALORE so i am unable to go there so sir i am calling there from last 3 days on this branch but no one is reciving the call one once a staff took the call and he gave the call to a lady But her way of talk was very rude she even not listined my full word nd she simply told to mail your detail and after that no one is reciving the call and my work is pending there . again i called in bank 50-60 times after that again one guard recived the call and from behind that lady told the guard to disconnect the call and my work is still pending there sir i am very much unsatisfied with her behaviour and the management of that bank as they are not even listing their customers issue . As i have to enroll my adhar number in my bank account because my scholarship money is pending due to this reason and no one is listning my problem in this bank

                                    I am a respected account holder in SBBJ for last 9 years. But today after waiting for an hour in the bank becasue of irregularty of the staff member I found myself trapped and very disappointed.
                                    The staff member even after having a lunch of one hour the member misbehaved with me and his conduct was rather poor.

                                      I have an account in SBBJ Ind.Estate Branch Kota. I have enjoying internet banking Saral . Today I have to do an urgent payment through net banking. Therefore I have add one beneficiary account and generate activation form from internet. I have sent this activation form with proper signature to branch. But I surprised to note that in Branch Mr. K.K.Nomroda has totally refused to receive this letter and said that they only receive this on friday. I have also request over telephone on mob. no.[protected] but they refuse to accept my request and disconnect the phone. The such type of behavior is not a good practice at branch end. We have a more than 30 accounts since last more than 25 years in bank. Please guide us, option of branch activation link for immediate activation of beneficiary account is wrong or it is rule to bank accept only on friday.

                                        I am adding money in my paytm app wallet but my money is out my bank account and no money is added in my paytm accont and i regitered a complaint against it but bank not showing any positive response from 3 months and now they are sayimg that you will help only if you visit your branch and my branch is in rajsthan and i am recentally living in surat gujrat my account no. is [protected] and complaint no is. pg[protected]
                                        State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur [SBBJ] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I got net banking activated for My account.but whenever I try to login into my account, it seys invalid username and password.i have I have never logged in before and using the username and password supplied with the net banking kit but still the problem is persisting.
