Hello, we live in area where one of your sbh branch is located.. There are less employees and more number of customers...in this branch timings start from 10:30. But the employees don't come in time. They come according to there timings which is not correct way.

And many senior citizens stand in a long queue to update their passbook. The employees make them wait for long time. They are rude.. It will be much good and better if you provide a automated printing machine for passbook where customers can directly insert their passbook and get updated in seconds without waiting for bank employee.. It would save bank employees time and they get involve in other important transactions without making elder people wait in line.. Please provide this to retain your customers as other banks are already involved in this.
