My name is rohan pattankar and i had ordered amazonbasics shower caddy with adjustable arms - white of amount 799/- in amazon on 28 june 2020 and after 30 june 2020 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 30 june 2020 amazon initiated the amount to my bank account but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number #[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but sbi beml layout, rajarajeshwari nagar didn't give a proper response even after filling charge dispute form at the bank.
