There are two cash counters one for greater than for 35000/-Rs.one upon a time i was gone with Rs.36000/-but casher refused to take payment beause there are three accounts.I told him that three accounts are with same name.i was not able to fill payment in different Q. Is the cashier was right?

      SBH — invalid

      i atm card in invalid ,i am not used in one year , what can i do
      Gud afternoon Sir, This is karunakar Having saving account in SBH(ADB) Suryapet.
      I Activsted my account to online Banking recently. I create all username, password and profile Password.when I am login to profile, It will show incorrect password .I met 3 times to concern officer in the branch, He say "Administrator is not available" .

      So please rectify my problem as soon as possible.

        Hi,
        I am Balaji Gulgule, My sister gad gone to SBH Basmath,Dist-Hingoli, 431512 today morning for opening her new account. when she asked about the form for opening new account, she was made to go to several desks asking for the form. then she was told that forms are not available and will be available after 8 to 10 days. When my sister told that she needs to deposit money urgently, she was told by the SBH employee and the manager go to another bank. they didnot say that they will try to get the forms or didnot feel that this is a ignorance to the servise. Their behavoiur was very rude and felt like they own the bank and they can do and say anything to the employees as the employees do not any other option.
        As an Indian they should feel ashamed of themselves for not being loyal and corteous to their servise.

        I matter hope this will reach to the seniour authority of SBH and someone will take action about this.

        Let me hope.

        Hi,

        I'm Krishnaja.I'm working in Chennai and i have a n account in SBH, Anantapur.One and half month back i went to the bank to activate my net banking account.Those people they told me to come on that next day because they don't have form to give.But i can do that because i can't take leave for one for day for this since i'm working in chennai.I told them same but they didn't even consider my request even that branch manager.So i myself went to internet and got print out of that form.But still they are not ready to take the filled form.Same day evening i went again to give form then they gave ID & password and told me to use after 48 hours.Till date they didn't activate whenever i use they ID& password it will show Invalid.More than 10 times i called to that respective branch every time they tell me to call next day in a very rude manner.They don't even give minimum respect to customers.Their behavior is very rude.Those attendants they feel like owner of that bank.

        Hope it will reach SBH Higher Authority...

          I made a transaction on 12th feb 2011 of Rs. 15000/- from SBI Shadipur Depot, Delhi ATM, but the atm machine could not deliver the money showing time out after that i make another three transaction from the same machine consecutively which is successful, but when i recieve the message on mobile that all transaction was made on 13th instead of 12th and also Rs. 15000/- was deducted from my account which i did not recieve.

          SBH (State Bank of Hyderabad) — Asking money for providing service at all time

          The State Bank of Hyderabad staff are asking for money for every service they are providing. Like they are charging Rs. 100 for providing a new pin, Rs20 for pass book entry, etc. And even they giving number of excuse to delay the service. Please investigate about them.

            I K.SUDHAKAR customer of SBH Secretary area, hyderabad.and my sbh
            account number : [protected].I withdrawal the amount Rs: 1,000 on[protected] in NTPC 'X" Road branch SBH ATM, Jyothinagar, NTPC,Ramagundam, dist. Karimnagar . But I could not get the money from the ATM . .The amount has been deducted from the account. . i have given complaint to sbh bank on 18.11.2010.He forwarded complaint to head office which is in mumbai and he said your money will be credited with in 12 days...1month completed but still i didnt get the money and as per RBI rules money will b refund in 12 days other wise daily Rs .100 will credit on my account.This money is very important to me sir .please refund Rs 1000 into my account .I hope you will take action in very soon.. my num : [protected].

              My name is deepak kumar & i have a complaint against sbh bank that, i was withdrawl 3500 rs from the idbi atm but there was some problem in atm machine so that i was only getting 3000 rs insted of 3500 rs & i made a complaint in my sbh bank located in shalimar bagh & i was getting my 500 rs back with in a month but next month bank debit to my a/c from 500.again this case so i have a request please reverse my 500 soon my mobile no is [protected]

              1 week back i got my sbh(state bank of hyderabad) am debit card. today when i am trying to do a online international transaction through my sbh atm card,
              its showing payment failed. i dont know why this happening . do i need to unblock my atm card for international transaction or i need to do anything. it will be helpful if you give any solution regarding my problem . you can mail me at [protected]@yahoo.com .
              A transaction for Rs 1080 was made in big bazaar which showed signal problem and transaction failed but amount is deducted from my account

              after approaching bank manager he said it will be refunded after 45 days but it is not refunded till date. please do the needful.My account number and

                I am a partner of a firm. one of the Partners Expired on 23.12.2004. the State Bank of Hyderabad K.S. Rao Road, Mangalore branch froze the Current account of the Firm on the request of the Heirs of the Partner. however the heirs of the Partner did not lay any claim for the funds and the period of limitation expired on 23.12.2007. thereafter the bank has been dilly dallying about releasing the funds, and wants me to take the heirs of the deceased partner as a Partner in the firm and has set this as a precondition for release of funds. Corporation bank another PSU which had frozen the account, released the account soemtime in 2008, taking a indemnity Bond from us. its end of 2010, and the heirs have not made any claim. however SBH Managers, RM and Even the MD are acting funny and not releasing the funds on some flimsy grounds.

                  I withdrew Rs.5000/- from airport sbi atm machine on 18/11/2010 at 4:00am approx.,
                  However before i could take cash from machine, the money went back into machine.

                  I once again withdrew Rs. 5000/- and collected cash. Three Transactions of Rs.5000/- withdrawal are included in my statement and only one transaction of Rs.5000/- return. Whereas, only two transactions of withdrawal and one transaction for return should have been entered. My account has also been debited Rs. 5000/- twice.

                  Please take necessary action to redeposit my money into my account no [protected].

                  I withdrew Rs.500/- from main indra park Axis Bank ATM machine on 1/12/2011 at 7.00pm approx. Three time. also I withdrew Rs. 500/- from ICICI Bank ATM on 01.12.2011 at 7.08pm approx six time but I could not get money any time.

                  than I done balance inquiry on 02.12.2011 from New railway road gurgaon Axis Bank ATM at 11.49am. so i found my money has been deducted approx 6000 Rs.

                    i(vinay goud k,AcNo:[protected], SBH, vinayaknagar branch, Nizamabad) had lost my atm card and applied for the new one i got the card and i contacted my branch for tne pin i got my enevolope but the pin inside it was rubbed off so immediately i ineormed it to my branch manager and i have waited for about 6months but i dint received the pin and i have charged thrice annually from last 3 years for the atm card charges so i request you to splve my issue as soon as possible

                    As such there is no mechanism to block your card at the branch itself. Even if that is done by force your present and all future cards will not work enmass. Further a new card request maybe raised at the branch irrespective of your first card being blocked or not. So the branch can go a head in booking a new card. But as per the banks record you are holding two cards (you can have any number of cards with different PINs). So for holding two cards an amount of 200 Rs I.e 100 for each account will be deducted from your SB AC in the month of march as annual maintenance fee. So it is advisable to block your damaged or mutilated card by informing the help line no[protected] or[protected] + 4 press to 4 to get reponse in Telugu. If the old card is blocked after the new Card is received and activated there is a danger of blocking the new card instead of the damaged card. So it is better to get your old card blocked at the help line. This help line facility is provided to block you card on the go from any where in India so that you may not loose any money if you loose your card also. So please follow the staffs instruction in this regard. with out knowing the reasons behind it, Many people are un-knowingly paying for 2 or more cards even though they are using single card . Because no one has informed to block the old cards, you are lucky in this regard. So please get your old card blocked at the help line and book your new card at the branch by paying its fee 200 rs

                      I am P.N.Nagaraju customer of SBH/Kazipet with Account No.[protected], I am Railway Employye and i am drawing my salary through bank. since I get transferred to Secunderabad I have given a rerquisition on[protected] to transfer my SB account along with my fixed deposits to SBH/Tharnaka Branch, and I submitted my SB account pass book, ATM card, cheque book and TDRs of my fixed deposits on[protected] to Manager, SBH/Kazipet. they transferred only fixed depsits and withhold the SB account without stating any reason. I am visiting SBH/Tharnaka every day but I didn't get my account transferred from Kazipet, every day I am contacting SBH/Kazipet officials regarding the account transfer but no use, even today I could not draw my salary since I have no ATM card or cheque book and so please do needful

                        I am srikanth. I have SBH savings acount. I have taken minimum balance from account through ATM. Now i wanted to deposit money into my account from other SBH branch . The Clerk is not accepting the money that i wanted to deposit now. He wanted me deposit only at my branch where i have account with. I am unable to avail the services[depositing money from other branch of same bank]. Is there norm governing this. could you please look at my issue.

                        SBH — check not cleared

                        Ihave submited one cheak before 40 days ago but yet money not cleared to my account by the branch of sbh bank vaijapur
                        Firstly dear friend please make it clear why you want to deposit money at a branch other than your home branch. secondly please maintain some balance in your ac to maintain its dignity. every ac deserves some dignity. As per the existing practice it is not possible to accept deposit at a branch other than your home branch. unless there a minimum bal of rs 500 in your SB A/c. So the clerk is right in not accepting th era mount at a different branch. You can deposit the amount by transfer from any of your willing friends ac by attaching a cheque or withdrawal to his AC along with a deposit slip to your ac. If withdrawal slip is used make sure that the passbook is accompanied along with the AC holder. Try to avoid cash transactions in the era of ATM, AC to AC transfers and Mobile banking days

I was tried to dran my 10,000/- Rs cash on 4th, October at chinnamushidivada, Branch but that A.T.M was blocked but my ministatement is showing that 10,000/- Rs debited. I made a complient on 5th, October at Parent branch but they are not giving any responce please help me i need that amount urjently kindly please rectify my problem as soon as posiable.

                            When all banks have a minimum balance of Rs 1000/- for a savings account with cheque book facility, why does SBH have a minimum balance of Rs 2500/- ? Can banks fix this amount unregulated and arbitarily ?

                            I am p.rama mohana rao ,A/c No [protected],sbi tadepalligudem branch,and my complient is in my account i didnot have minimum balance on last one year onwards................thats why they are cutting some charges ,accthually how much you charge if minimum balance are not their.how much they cut per month,they are cutting when i credit my accout that time they cut balance without any information how they cut.........monthly i am going to sbi bank in tadepalligudem they are not informing any thing..........plz inform me full detail about that plzzzzzzzzzzzzzz how much they cut per month.
                            How bad it is, the decision which was taken by the Management of SBH was irresponsible, how a person holding saving account to maintain 2500 minimum balance, is it possible in India. Once they have to think it is India, our earing capacity is very low. The main moto of a bank is to encourage the small savings, but here what happens, completely behaves like a private banks. How horoble thing they are deducting 100 rupees from the downtrodden people are much in India, still earing capacity is less than 5000 rupees for a month, how they maintain 2500 rupees for that. Be shame as an Indian

                            Suddenly I came to know that my account Debited Rs 100... when I checked the statement it was for minimum balance although my bal was above Rs 2000 at that time...
                            SBH cannot charge min bal without informing the account holders.. they have our cell no./ email id / address at least they can inform us any of the mean...
                            I have email them trice regarding this but no response now I am going to bank the talk to them...
                            This is foolish thing. When I was opened a/c the minimum maintenance balance is Rs.1000/- How can increase minimum maintenance balance to Rs.2500/- without intimating. OK How can debut minimum balance charge Rs.100/- without intimating. This is commonsense to intimate to account holder by email or by telephone or by mail. If you are not intimating why you are taking all details while opening A/c. And govt. has to know how the people can attract to the govt banks if did like this and what is the difference between private banks and nationalized banks.
                            After a long back(1year), to day I went to SBH they deducted Rs 500/- towards minimum maintenance balance for 5 months. They telling published in news paper and customer should come to bank and should know about changes. Really i surprised for the banks action towards non maintainance of minimum balance amount in the account.
                            why dont they utilize postal department services to inform their customers regarding change. Hardly it costs for a post card.

                            I was holding account with SBH from 2005 at same branch in hyd. after SBI has taken over, it started implementing min balance amount for my savings account. Funny thing is at my work place regarding the rent it says hyd as non metro and amount is less. For SBI my min balance should be 5k as it is under metro region. These management is fix for nothing, they want to show profits by increasing the min balance from people. where they dont have talent to improve the business. Going to quit the service from SBI. SBI is not great in providing superb service than private banks.

                                I am working as a cashier in sirpur paper mills ltd in sirpur kaghaznagar i want to complaint about shortage of notes in packet. I withdraw cash from bank near about Rs 2 cr. monthly.
                                I Drawn Rs 5,00,000 by cheque no 284424 on 24/09/2010 from sirpur kaghaznagar branch in storng room , 5 bundle of 100 notes .but in one packet only 80 notes are there in place of 100 notes. same day i complaint to bank about this matter but from their side no action will taken about this matter so far.I request you to take action about this matter and replay as soonas possiable.

                                  i am ptreddy having a/c in sbh. i have tried to pay electricity bill through net banking, but in selection of banks sbh not displaying, same for mobile recharge also, please confirm me the reason
                                  this was very normal services i have ever seen...atleast we cant onnline reachrge reacharge with this SBH atm card i hate this bank

                                    I have a savings bank a/c with SBH Clock Tower, Nalgonda Branch. (A/c No: [protected]). I applied to convert my a/c to savings plus so that the surplus money gets more interest. It is more that 2 months but it is not processed yet.

                                    The response I got from the banking officials is very very disappointing. Upon repeated visits to the bank, they created one more SB a/c for me, which is of no use to me. I submitted a compliant with the Branch Chief General Manager also, but of no use. The point I would like to make here is they are incompetent enough to understand the customer's needs properly.


                                    Hope SBH top management addresses these kind of issues and keeps its reputation unperturbed.
