State Bank Of Hyderabad — Bank refuse to accept my 2000rs soiled note

State bank of hyderabad, branch-yeola district-nashik, when i go to bank to deposit 2000rs in my bank account bank employee refuse to accept my 2000rs note when i ask reason they gave me answer me very arrogantly and rudely that it was soiled, i can't paid my car loan installment and many of other times they say server is down.. Pls do something hope somebody help me
