State Bank Of Hyderabad — bank staff not help provide the customer

Dear sir,
I am amol patil at hol post nagardeola tal pachora dist. Jalgaon... My grand mother account of state bank of hyderabad at, jamner, dist jalgaon
Maharashtra. Mi and my mother visit this bank last 3 month but till time not solve my problem today i am meet them to manager but manager tell mi dc manager leave on 8 days then so not complete your work in 8 days i am asking the why not this person work send in other person so that this person not right answer to mi and tell me the wrong language...
What is the bank staff behaviour to the costumer???

Sir, My daughter new account not open for two months, No response, branch at Pochampalli SBH, Yadadri districts, Telangana state branch code 21140.
Phone call also not lifting pH no is[protected].
