SBH, Anandnagar, Hyderabad is charging Rs.11.50 per debit card transaction when it is used in petrol pumps as DOM Surcharge/tips dt. But as per the government, s directive no charges should be collected from the customer for using Debit card at POS counters. These transaction is digital. Central Government is asking us to use cash-less digital contractions but high charges are collected which is wrong.
Hence it is requested to refund the amounts which are deducted as DOM/Surcharge/tips.
