Dear sir/madam
I am with rbi rules and regulations, and at the same time i need justice.
It is a question of women's dignity.
This is to bring to your kind notice, that i am an existing account holder in your reputed sbh bank defence colony,
Branch code:2039, in 2012 i have deposited a sum of rs.10000/ (Ten thousand) in my sister's account which is not reflecting in the account. This was informed to the branch manager, till date no action taken on this issue (Its now 3 to 4 years the money is not yet credited) nor any action taken by the rbi against the manager and the cashier.
Regarding this issue often i mailed to rbi and i got a phone call from gm and i briefed about the incident, the gm promised he will look into matter and do the needful. After few days i received a mail from rbi stating that the amount is been credited in the account along with interest i. E. Rs.12500/-. The very next i went to the bank with the printout which was of no use. The manager say that the amount of rs.10000/- was given back to on the same day because of some reason. Many things have taken place when i was pursuing regarding the amount which is not reflecting in the account.
If possible do please view the cctv footage of that particular days.
1. What was the reason to give back the deposited amount?
2. On what conditions will a bank cashier give money to customer that too cash deposited in a different account (Sister's account)
3. If so please let me know where is my signature stating that i have received the money
4. To withdraw money from my own account the withdrawal form/cheque is been verified by the manager or the concerned person and than the money is released.
5. I need not tell anything, as you might know well about the rules and regulations when a customer withdraws the money.
Look forward for the speedy action taken towards the branch manager and the cashier and the amount to be credited in the account.
