Sbh hanmakonda chowrasta branch is one of the worst branch i had ever seen. Not even respond to the issue. My mother applied for debit card for five times now still we cantt able to get it. Message to the mobile also we requested many times. Staff is fully engaged with their mobiles nd they make customers to wait. I had never seen branch manager their, no good management, no facility, not even they have generators, they say that they dont oil in their generators, what kind of branch was that? Is this is the standard of sbh or now sbi?
