I have not been able to pay the emi online since the last 3 months. I have been escalating the same to the sbh officials (Including nodal officer) over mails but there is no response. I am clueless as to how i need to pay my emi as i am out of hyderabad.

Please help - loan account no. [protected] (Car loan).

State Bank of Hyderabad customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by MSatyaS I was happy to receive a call today itself from [protected] who claimed to be from SBH. He asked me the issues and before i could even state the grievance, he disconnected the call. The issue was not even heard.

My repeated calls to that number were not answered.

So, status quo! no resolution

On Saturdays it's not providing vouchers to withdraw money from bank and they are saying on Saturdays money can be withdrawn only by ATM cards or credit card.
