I've submitted an application at sbh, ifsc code:- sbhy0020564, state bank of hyderabad, hyderabad on 06/11/2017. The concerning officer stated that, it would be done by same evening. When i sent my people to check the status on 09/11/2017, he as informed that, it would be done by 13/11/2017. Till now, its not been taken care! Bank doesn't respond to call made to[protected]. Its so pathetic and worst customer experience ever! Sbh / sbi doesn't understand what is the meaning of 'customer service' and keeping on giving 'false' promises.
