I have done a transaction with State Bank Buddy app with Account Bearing No [protected], transaction was failed but money was charged from my account, Transaction Date Was 22/Dec/2016, Please refer transaction and revert money back to my account

named.. gujarathi madhu.
made online payment of 2928.00 towards GHMC. Hyderabad, property tax, on PTIN No. [protected] on 30/12/2016, through transaction no.[protected] IGAANJFLJ9. The same amount deducted from my act.But transaction was not successful.pl. do needful.
