While i was paying my electricity bill on yono sbi, the bill amount ie 996 got debited, however bill is still showing pending, & dhbvn has added a surcharge as a penalty after the due date if i pay it now, i have contacted sbi customer care, yono customer care many a times but no satisfactory response from their side, they just say your complaint is registered, response time can take 10 days. Also when asked about their should i repay the bill, & the amount debited this tym is going to be refunded, they had no clarity on this issue as well.
