Dear Sir/Madam, I have savings account (A/C- [protected]) in State Bank of India, Siddarth Ext. New Delhi, 110014. My account did stop by branch without any information yesterday. I got this knowledge, when I talk to SBI costumer Care and after talk to my home branch. When I did talked to branch then they told me that your account has been stop and you come to branch with your ID and Address proof. I got it but I am not able to understand, how can stop any account without any information to consumer. I faced many problem after it. So its my humble request to resolve my problem asap.     I am pronab kanti pal, i have a savings ac. On sbi nabadwip (W. B) branch with ac. No [protected]. This is joint ac with my mummy, i need net banking, so i send my mummy to get net banking kit at branch but their no one is provide it, they told u r not eligible for it. The name of that officer is dipal kumar indra, now i am at bhopal for my job, so what i do in this situation? I need ur help.

On 10th May I wrote to the Branch Manager to transfer my Account to Jamtara main branch bearing IFSC - SBIN0000213 in Jharkhand State. But the Account has not been transferred to the desired brach.                   Respected sir., My name is Gaurav brahmbhatt. I have taken a home loan from SBI. My home loan a/c number is [protected]. I am paying my ECS installments via my saving acct of ICICI BANK a/c no.[protected]. I have been paying my all instalments regularly. On 8th June 2015 I have paid my loan outstanding amount via D. D. No 138797 OF Axis bank for the amount 4, 28, 474/-INR and also Gave a cheque for difference amount of interest outstanding. But I can't understand why the bank has not stopped to taking payment for loan from my saving account. Due to this my account shows ECS returned and also the bank has debited the charges of Rs. 399/- for return. That is the mistake of the bank manager or respective person who hasn't done the procedure of stopping the ECS. In this case I have to suffer. I need to know what should be done and how will I be paid return my charges?? With this complaint I am attaching the xerox copy of DD of Axis bank which I paid into SBI bank.                     This is to bring to your notice that my father is a pension holder and we wished to avail a internet banking facility from the bank. The bank staff misbehaved with my father insulting him saying he cannot avail internet banking as he is not equipped with internet knowledge. The reason behind requesting to avail this facility is we have shifted from the town and wish to have easy access to the account so that transaction can be easily done and he can have a record of bank statements. We had gone along with my father to the bank as he is unwell and have health issues and poor eye sight but the branch manager as well as the staff behaved rudely and manipulated our mind saying one not equipped cannot avail this facility. I even said we have computer and laptops at home so it will not be a problem to acquaint my father as to how to use the internet but they gave illogical reason showing it is not possible.Internet banking ATM card these are facilities provided by bank to a customer. These services are not suppose to be denied by the bank to the consumer or customer. This is a right of every consumer of any bank they have an account in. The incident took place on the 9th of June, 2015. I would request you to take immediate action again the branch manager and staff of the bank as they are playing with the rights of the consumer and showing inconvenience.

                              Hello, My name is Amitava Pal and I live in Chandannagar, District- Hooghly, State- West Bengal. I am writing this complaint against of the pathetic service of SBI Bank ( Branch- Chandannagar, District- Hooghly, West Bengal). As far I know if a customer need to open a saving account in SBI bank then that customer can get the form from the bank or from the online. So I went to my local SBI bank to open a saving account and I asked a person in that bank to provide me a account opening form. That person is in the charge of account opening process but unfortunately I dont know that person's name but he is the only one who provide the account opening service in SBI Branch- Chandannagar, District- Hooghly, West Bengal . So when I asked him to give me a form so he denied and asked me to get a form from online and fill it, so according to his advice I did the same and very next day when I went to his desk to submit the saving account filled up form he showed me his irritation with a pathetic glimpse at me and said very rudely to fill the form by typing not by hand. So I want to know which kind of service is this? I am experienced in customer service job for three years but I never expected to get this type of behavior from a SBI employee. Whether other SBI branch is able to provide the form in the bank itself then how come the Chandannagar SBI bank is unable to do this ?Even that employee is in the Customer service field but I think SBI bank need to arrange a proper customer service training for once again that first how to behave with a new customer, because first impression is the last impression. Thank You

                                  Dear Sir, I am maintaining a Saving Bank Account in State Bank Of India Kakrola More having Account No. [protected] and the Branch IFSC code is SBIN0016120. Sir, By this mail, I would like to draw your attention towards the unprofessional and improper attitude of the Branch Manager of my home Branch. From past 3 months, I have been regularly fooled by this man. As many times I visited my branch I have to come back home without being seved by bank. The problem is persisting because of non acceptance of cheque by the bank for clearing, moreover if someone complains about this to manager then the complainant has to suffer the unprofessional and rude behavior of the manager. Three times I gave warning to Bank Manager but HE DOESN'T CARE FOR IT, its just because normally customer resist their attitude and moreover he doesn't have the time to address these issues. However cheque depositing is not the only case which i have sufferd, there are many other problem also. To open an account of my relative, I visited 5 times in branch and it is very sad to say that the bank still refused to open an account by saying that "open your account in other Banks ". Apart from that due to this casual attitude of manager staff is also not performing their duties in an appropriate manner.The manager does not know his resposibilities and he is incompetent in performing his duties. On one hand Prime Minister Mr. Modi promotes every citizen to open his account and on the other hand Manager's like him are making the service of banks a BAD EXPERIENCE. Sir their is lot more to say but doesn't wants to take your valuable time. Therefor, I am expecting a concrete reply from you and want you to take immediate and serious action against him. Also thinking of filing the RTI against the Bank to know the procedure that how does the bank responds to the complaints.

                                      I would like to inform you that on 21 st April 2015 I dropped a cheque, pay to: SBI crdit card No: [protected], at the drop box of SBI credit card at the State Bank of India, Sibpur Branch ( Branch code: 2124 ), Sibpur, Howrah 711102, West Bengal. Details of the is as follow. SBI Branch: Sibpur, Howrah, West Bengal, Branch code: 2124 Amount: Rs. 40, 108.36 ( Rs. forty thousand one hundred eight and paise thirty six ony. Pay to: SBI Credit card No: [protected] Dated: 21st April 2015. I dropped that cheque at box of SBI credit card on 21 April 2015 in the same branch. I lodge a complain mentioning why the cheque has not been encased? But the SBI credit card informed me that they have not received that cheque and advised immediately to pay that amount to avoid further interest charge etc ( by mail CEO SBI credit card on 14.05.15) . As a result I was forced to pay with fine on 14 th May 2015 ( Rs. 40392/ Approximately) via on line payment, which causes financial loss and mental harassment . Next I observed that the cheque has been en cashed on 19.05.15. Immediately, I lodged complain on 20.05.15 and they promised me to return the extra money at earliest. Then on 28.05.15 they requested me to send a signed scanned application. I sent the same on 29.05.15. After that for ten days they kept mum. On 08.06.15 by telephone they asked me to sent the KYC and mentioned that the necessary money will be transferred after receiving the KYC and which I have to send via post . Now, my question is that why they did not mention that initially. Now KYC form has been communicated, and it will take some time to send it by post, and they can say like the cheque that KYC has not been received. I am afraid that some source are trying to delay the process. Who will pay the interest of that money( Rs. Forty thousand plus) . This type of service and harassment by a nationalized bank credit card is very unfortunate. Thanking you. Baidyanath Ray

                                        Respecter sir, I, Kuldeep Maurya m a having a SB account number ([protected]) in SBI, Allahabad University Branch, Allahabad (U.P.), have lost my sim and mobile number. The same number was entered in my internet banking account and now i have to change that number. I know for every transactions a security password msg will be forwarded to that number, but i am not possessing that number.
